Tender Participation Request and Tender Proposal must be provided not later than November 14th, 2025 on the address specified above. Proposal received later will not be considered.

Participant of a tender hereby declares and is solely responsible for ensuring that personal data processed under a tender procedure are obtained in accordance with the terms of the GDPR and that the processing of personal data of data subjects submitted under the Tender is lawful in the sense of Article 6 GDPR.

Participant of a tender authorizes the Tender Authority to process the personal data of the data subjects, which are the name, surname, e-mail address and as such solely in connection with the fulfilment of the obligations under the Tender (Bid) in the following scope: the name, surname, title, address and other.

Tender Committee shall store the personal data of participants of tenders during 5 years after conducting tender according to the internal procurement rule.
